The Humane Society of Dallas County, Dog 'n Kitty City, is holding two seminars on August 3 and 4 at the Public Building of the Dallas Farmers Market, 1010 S. Pearl St. They feature food, goodies/samples, a raffle, and superior education from Lee Mannix, an Austin dog trainer and behaviorist.

The first day is designed for the public focusing on behavior (owner's and dog's) and dog care issues that individual owners may encounter.

The second day's seminar is specially created for animal welfare organizations and issues that prevent dogs from being adopted, or cause them to be turned in to shelters. This event is priced so as to be affordable for volunteers and is not a fund-raiser, but a service to the animal welfare community offered at cost.

Please see the below documents for complete details of both events.
