11, 2002 (Dallas) - The Texas Ethics Commission has found that Dallas
City Councilmember Mary Poss violated Texas campaign finance rules by
improperly reimbursing herself and her husband over $30,000 from her
campaign funds.
Congratulations to Citizen Allen Gwinn for his
courage and tenacity.
Ward politics is the
Devil's key to the soul of the city council. It is how some
council members got themselves in trouble in the past. It is
