Constitutional Amendments
As I drew the black bean and will be my
precinct's Election Judge for this election, I have decided to let others make
their recommendations regarding most of the items on the ballot.
That said, I am voting NO to Proposition 12 because it goes too far. It
pains me to side with ambulance chasers, but this amendment is overkill.
We do need to limit malpractice suits, but our Austin legislators need to rework
this one and bring it back in two years.
