08/25/03  JUST SAY NO TO OLD AL!

As you probably know, Al Lipscomb is a felon, convicted for taking bribes from a strip club owner.  He got off the hook on a technicality about the Federal Judge relocating his trial outside Dallas.  The new Federal prosecutor chose not to re-try him because he had already served 2 plus years of his sentence.  He was also jailed in California for pimping prostitutes and pushing drugs.  

We do not need this old convicted felon further degrading our city.
