09/03/04 More Poor Park Upkeep.
What an awful picture!
(Editor's comment:
This picture is just too gross to post on DallasArena.com. There is no
excuse for this in Dallas, Texas, particularly when we have Shakedown Chaney
giving our tax dollars away to out of town schools that play to a half-empty
Cotton Bowl.)
I hope you didn't just eat,
but sometimes you have to make a point even if it makes people uncomfortable.
The point here is the toilet in the men?s room at the Pavilion at Bachman Lake
Park has been broken for months. On the eve of
Labor Day weekend when the park will be packed with taxpayers who just might
need to use the restroom, it still is broken.
The flush mode no workie, and the human waste is allowed to build up. Isn?t that
some kind of health violation?
Just think of the unfortunate person that just has to go, perhaps has a health
issue, and the facilities aren?t available.
At a minimum a portable should be placed close by for those in dire need
until the facilities are fixed, if ever.)
If I were the boss of the guy responsible for the upkeep of Bachman Lake Park
and his office is just up the street from Bachman, I?d fire him and hire someone
who possesses a little pride in his job.
When the Trinity Project built,
how long will it take for those restrooms to look like Bachman's?
We can?t even take care of the parks we have now. What
will change? Just what will change?
Nothing so far Mayor Wolens. Nothing so
far.
