06/21/04  Bromberg/Patterson Tax Abatement

I don't know if anything has made me madder lately than this!

Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't see any benefit to Dallas in any way.

How can a councilmember justify voting for this?

I believe that I have seen this home in a design/architecture magazine.  It is beautiful, but the owners can clearly afford to pay their taxes.

I have already written my councilmember, in addition to Councilman Griffith and Mayor Miller.

Hopefully drawing attention to this will cause someone at City Hall to come to their senses and deny this request for a handout of our money.
