01/20/04  Domingo Garcia doesn't get the message.

Over the years, Domingo Garcia contributed to his constituents through holding the various elected offices, but in recent years he has failed to win the offices he has sought

Garcia must have forgotten Texas Monthly listed him as one of the 10 worst legislators in the state, perhaps leading to his defeat on trying for reelection.

His bids for the office of Mayor of Dallas were unsuccessful.  Now, he thinks he call pull the wool over the eyes of those who vote in District 103 (and those who must approve his application for running) by trying to make them believe the fairy tale that he really lives in LD 103.

Come on, Domingo, we really see what's going on here!

Congratulations to Susan Hays for doing the right thing!

Congratulations to the 5th Circuit for seeing through his smoke screen!

It's a shame Garcia has come to the point of showing the public and even worse his family that he believes he must win at any cost.  His wife and children have a real challenge to see him as the role model that he once was.  His moments of fame and public service are gone.

When will he get the message and just fade away?

Shame on him!

Ward politics is the Devil's key to the soul of the city council.  It is how some council members got themselves in trouble in the past.  It is the bait that will get others in trouble in the future. 4/6/8
