10/17/05 Ray Hunt tells
City Hall what they can and cannot do with our property.
As Hunt's Mafia tells Lying Ryan Evans and City
Mismanager Mary Suhm that our 20 year old Reunion Arena has no value, other
developers were making offers to buy Reunion Arena for a future casino, but Ray
Hunt tells the city that's not what he wants for Reunion Arena. Now, tell
me, what's the difference in a race track for gambling and a casino for
gambling? Following this instruction letter from that Son of a
Bigamist Ray Hunt to City Hall are a 6-page letter from Hunt Realty and a
project description.
 |
|
Does "other forms of gaming" mean the Son of a Bigamist
Ray Hunt will not allow Barnett's race track? |
 |
|
Lot E is a parking lot the City of Dallas can take by
eminent domain without giving away a future profitable use of Reunion Arena. |
 |
|
Sec. 1 "but not the improvements". |
 |
|
Sec. 3(a) We have to demolish Reunion Arena at city
expense. |
 |
|
Since when does Ray Hunt get to determine "restrictive
covenants acceptable"? Well, since the early 80's when he first
started to get away with raping Dallas taxpayers with the assistance of a
string of City MisManagers who loved currying favor with a Son of a Bigamist
regardless of the negative impact on Dallas taxpayers. |
 |
|
Half the reason Downtown took a nosedive in the 80's was
all the sky bridges or "Elevated Pedestrian Connection". The other
half was all the underground tunnels. Both took people off the
streets, away from retail stores, restaurants and diners. Rather than
address the street bum problem, Ray Hunt wants to build another sky bridge
that will only hurt street level businesses that actually pay property taxes
- a concept foreign to Ray Hunt. As taxpayers, those businesses will
be paying for their own ruin. |
 |
|
Why does the idea that "Hunt's counsel will prepare the
definitive land exchange contract and other definitive agreements ..."
strike fear in my heart? What it really means is Ray Hunt will be
shafting Dallas taxpayers with the help of our City Manager, once again. |
