07/20/05 Wilma Avalos on Joe May
I don't know Joe May and have never met him.
Perhaps, that's in the best interest of both
of us.
Over the last couple of years, I can't remember reading anything about him that indicates he is anymore than an racist and is part of the problem, not part of the solution. The older I get the more I feel that, in order to preserve our heritage, we must: 1. Make ENGLISH the official language of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. 2. Protect our boarders so as to honor those who come to the US legally. Regardless of what country they come from, they will assimilate and become self-sufficient. They will not be a drain on our local, state and national budgets. We can't continue to spend money on illegal aliens like we do now! 3. Make it mandatory to be able to read and write English to become a citizen. 4. Make all legal documents in English only, doing away with tests, ballots, etc., printed in any other language.
Joe May should be ashamed of himself for what he
represents and for his arrogance in the lack of follow up to the concerns of
his constituents, examples of which are in Wilma's
letter to him. By taking action on these four items, we will put the poverty
pimps, like Mr. May, out of business.
Bravo, Wilma. Thanks for bringing his misdeeds to our attention! Ralph Goin |
