board of directors. Kirk's wife's was on the board of Hicks Muse
and made a ton of money while Tom Hicks was trying to and got the City
to fund $125 million of AAC.
At the time, City Attorney Sam Lindsay (now US District
Judge) said such conduct was ethical. Judge Lindsay now enjoys a
Dallas Bar Assn. 64% rating. |

order from their online site either! As a pet owner with
dogs, a cat, fish and a thriving collection of geckos and chameleons, I
buy a LOT of Pet Supplies. I was a voter BEFORE I got all these
animals. I WILL NOT contribute any money to a company that has Ron
Kirk in any position within their organization! |

Mayor since I moved to this area (1975). What he says and what he
does usually are not the same. His dishonest actions earned his nickname
"Con Jerk"! He is not an asset to PetsMart, unless they
want him for appearance purposes. Please keep my e-mail address on
file and advise me when Con Jerk is not on the board of PetsMart, so I
can then go back to PetSmart stores, which I really like!
I will not spend another penny in PetsMart stores until Ron Kirk
