2/16/07 DISD
RESIDENCY
|
|
The most obvious part about Celso
Martinez's residency brouhaha that makes
his refusal to live within DISD boundaries so sad
and tragic is that he's supposed to
be the spokesperson for the Dallas Independent
School District. |
"Yes, DISD is fine, the media's out of control,
no need to worry, don't pay attention to that man behind the
curtain, he's racist...", while knowing the truth
is that the district he represents is not good enough for his own kid??
|
|
I am less interested about his desire to
live in exurbia and more concerned about the total and complete
(proverbial) middle-finger that he is giving to all of the parents
of the kids currently enrolled in DISD.
|
Need I point
out the obvious?? The DISD student population is
upwards 70% Hispanic.
Sharon, you're too kind in stating that he doesn't want to "live among DISD
taxpayers".
Say what it is: Celso
Martinez thinks DISD is not good enough or his own family, and he is
better than his own people.
Oh, @@@@! Now,
I'm gonna get it for saying that.
