A Dallas school district secretary admitted felony theft Thursday, acknowledging in a plea bargain that she rang up $100,000 in personal charges on her DISD MasterCard over a three-year stretch.
Gloria Orapello, 50, could face punishments that include up to 10 years in prison, a fine of up to $250,000 and up to three years' probation, according to the plea agreement filed in U.S. District Court on Thursday.
