DISD calls it credit card abuse, the Texas Penal Code calls it credit card fraud.

Do you get the feeling DISD does not want the word 'FRAUD' to seep into DISD taxpayer's mindset?

Recently, another Half Million Dollars of DISD taxpayer funds recently were approved by the DISD school board to finish an investigation from a private law firm. Strategically, this gives the DISD taxpayers approximately 4 to 6 months to put a full court press on Superintendent Hinojosa and the DISD school board to make sure everyone on the take for FRAUD pays the price. It's that simple.

This case should have been immediately referred to the FBI without a One Million Dollar taxpayer price tag. What a waste of DISD school tax funds.

Superintendent Michael Hinojosa and the DISD school board showed extreme poor judgment and poor leadership by allowing this investigation to go anywhere but the FBI for a thorough investigation.
