9/25/8  DISD from Inside the Asylum

Question 1:  Why hasn?t a lynch mob formed to give Hinojosa his just desserts? 

A scant three years ago, some slimy little weasel managed to get on the internet and collect a rally of several  thousand genetic deviants at City Hall to protest mistreatment of our illegal brethren from South of the Border.  To add insult to injury, someone had the gall to propose his name as one of ten finalists for Texan of the Year.  

I fear one of the answers goes to something my friends who came here from Northern and Mid-Western States to teach for DISD have said all too often: 

?Texas teachers are a bunch of wimps, and the unions down here are shams."

Question 2:  Why isn?t the Dallas School Board forced to resign?  It isn?t as if a dollar bill blows out of my hand.

?Where did my dollar go??  $64MM!!

Since rejoining DISD in ?94, Dan Peavy stole everything that wasn?t nailed down.

Yvonne, a bimbo in an Annie Oakley Halloween costume rode a bull-dozer into Reunion and decorated the Superintendent?s office in what only can be described as ersatz bordello style and plunged us into the national spotlight once more. 

And all this with that knobby-kneed, horse-toothed School Board President, Kathleen Leos ? Yvonne Gonzales new best friend, as her ever present help in times of trouble.

Next comes Mike Moses.  Go back and re-read his original statements of all he planned to do for Dallas Schools.  Obviously, the first was and should have been concerning our kids.  However,  number TWO on the list was:  ?Nurture teachers?.   How?  Our piss-poor salaries?  Or, our piss-poor insurance?  Let?s not forget taking away one of the two grading periods from teachers and leaving them with six periods teaching, one period for conferences and grading.

Truly, I have not yet begun to get vituperative. 

The biggest question is when does Dallas finally say, ?I?m mad as Hell and I?m not going to take this anymore?"
