They changed the names of the mall and the airport, and the development still is NOT here!

Red Bird Mall is falling apart.  In fact, thanks to the mismanagement of the mall, Cedar Hill was able to develop FM 1382 into a run away success.
 

If we can believe a rose by any other name smells just as sweet, then a cow patty by any other name will smell just as ?patty?.

Where is Preservation Dallas when you need them to help protect the vintage strip clubs, massage parlors, pawnshops, bail bond services and liquor stores ? especially the drive-through kind?

What was the City Council thinking?  You don?t form a committee to do your dirty work if they are not qualified to do it or if the Council doesn't have the stomach for the unpalatable.  Why pretend to have a popular vote to rename a street when you know that you want only one name to win?

If renaming stuff is supposed to make it successful, then why not change the name of Dallas to ?Palm Springs??

When will we ever learn that SUBSTANCE trumps labels and pretense any day of the week?
